ORDER GUIDELINES (Please be responsible when ordering online.)

1. TRIPLE CHECK EVERYTHING before submitting the order form or checkout for a smooth transaction.

2. Once order is paid, you cannot CHANGE it anymore. Kaya dapat siguraduhin na ang mga nasa cart bago pa mag checkout.

3. CANCELLATION of the order is possible, but only half of the total paid amount will be refunded.

4. Bubblewrap and used corrugated box for PROTECTION are already included when ordering. If you want to double the safety of your item/order, just go to ADD-ONS WRAPS and add to the cart or check this link.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES (Please read carefully.)

1. Please make sure the SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct and complete. If you think your location is hard to find, maaaring mag iwan ng note sa malapit na landmark upon checkout.

2. SHIPPING FEE that had an order weighing 3kls below will automatically be computed upon checkout. Para sa sobra 3kls naman ay magiging TO FOLLOW ang SF at malalaman lamang upon shipping date or magiging COD/COP ito.

3. Pakihintay ng mga 4-7 days bago ma ship ang inyong order. Mas matagal ang hihintayin para sa Visayas, Mindanao, at Islands.

4. Once your order is shipped, you may track the status here. Makikita ito sa profile mo rito sa website kung ikaw ay nakapag sign-up. Mag re-reflect na rin doon ang tracking # na maaari mong ilagay sa website ng napili mong courier.
